I have survived!

I have survived through the nite cycling. Yes!!!

I didnt think i could quite make it. But i did. Thank God. Things were quiet haphazard actually. We came late to the chalet cos of wrong turn and jam. By the time we reached the chalet, our students have alrdy reached our doorstep. We hurriedly try and set up the fire but has to stop cos of drizzle. We have no choice but to push back all our program. We ended up having the bbq at 9pm instead of 7.30pm as planned.

We barely started for abt 2 hours and it started pouring again that we have to stop bbq. We had so much food left. By then we had alrdy rented the bikes and have to go on with it. Our cyclists were waiting for too long, some getting restless. At around 1am, we set off to collect our bikes from the truck and set off to Changi Village. I had the comfort of sitting in the safety vehicle and was worried sick for the cyclists, esp my helpers cos both of them were sick.

After abt an hour, we managed to settle down at Changi Village for our supper before heading back to our chalet. The trip was shortened by half but i think the rest doesnt really mind. It was super cold but good thing, my fren at the chalet boiled some hot water and hotdog for us.

By then, half the group are so dead and started lying on the floor. I went to take a quick shower .. 2 shower actually cos my hair smelled of bbq. By the time i was ready to sleep, it was almost 6am. So i ended up not sleeping and sending pple off from the chalet.

When i got home, almost at 11am, i literally put my things down and slept thru till ard 5pm+ .. i walked ard the house looking for smthg to eat, cant find any and went back to sleep again till this morning 8am .. haha .. really piggy. But i got headache and kept feeling very light .. hehe .. think my stomach too empty. But it was really a good rest for me. Guess it will take a while b4 i cld do something similar again.
